At Santa Cruz Shredder, we stand behind the quality of our American-made products and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the nature of our products, any item showing signs of use or botanical residue cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased directly from our website within the last 30 days.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the unused product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack your items securely in a sturdy box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
